Content Data

We may collect data that you voluntarily provide through the Service, e-mails, online forms, order and registration forms, surveys, promotion participation, phone calls and online chats with our customer service and other means.

The content data may include design requests that you create and our team update, messages, comments, images, searches, customer support questions, issues, and general feedback that you choose to provide.

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track our service's activity, and we hold certain information.

Retention of Data

We will retain your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will keep and use your Personal Data to the extent required to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.

We will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period, except when this data is used to strengthen the security or improve our Service's functionality, or we are legally obligated to retain this data for more extended periods.

Transfer of Data

Your information, including Personal Data, may be transferred to – and maintained on – computers located outside of your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ from those of your jurisdiction.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR") and other data protection laws, information about you may only be transferred from your region to other regions if specific requirements are met. For instance, under the GDPR, information about you may be transferred from the European Economic Area ("EEA") to outside the EEA if adequate data protections are in place. Jubarte Design's headquarters in Canada manage our Service. As the European Commission considers Canada to be a country that provides adequate data protection, information about you may be transferred from the EEA to Canada.

We also use third-party service providers, such as managed hosting providers, credit card processors, and technology partners, to provide the software, networking, infrastructure and other services required to operate the Service.
